He will continue to focus on his specialty of fulfilling clients' location requirements for call centers, data centers and headquarters while providing advisory services related to locating educational campuses. He was most recently with Jones Lang LaSalle in Dallas.

COMMERCIAL: Fort Worth - Fort Worth Plumbers & Pipefitters Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee has acquired the 36,792 SF building located at 9920 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth. The former Food Lion building will house the training committee, local union & meeting hall and pension in one location in west Fort Worth. Beaux Riley with SCM Real Estate Services represented the buyer in this transaction. Amy Nott with CBRE represented the seller.
INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - Lee & Associates has completed a 16,000 SF industrial lease at 909 W. N. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill, Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger with Lee & Associates represented the landlord. The tenant, Ram Products, Inc., was represented by Donnie Rohde with Lee & Associates.
INDUSTRIAL: Irving - Lee & Associates has completed an 8,075 SF industrial lease at 2010 Century Center in Irving. Adam Graham and Ken Wesson represented the landlord, Cobalt Capital Partners, in the renewal with Air-Serve Group.

MULTIFAMILY: Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of the Crestwood Apartments in west Fort Worth, on the corner of White Settlement and Bailey Avenue. Boyan Radic and Mason Green in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office represented the seller, a California family trust, in the off market transaction. The buyer was a local LLC. Crestwood Apartments is located just north of the 7th Street corridor in west Fort Worth.

RETAIL: Dallas - An 11,938 SF building located at 3704 W. Camp Wisdom Road in front of Southwest Center Mall in Dallas has been leased to menswear retailer Brands Suit Wearhouse. Christopher Gibbons and Charlotte Walley of Venture Commercial represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
RETAIL: Grand Prairie - The DFW Crossing has added 7,202 SF of retail space to a 1,200 SF lease in Westchester Market Shopping Center, 4136 S. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, from Westchester 4126 LLC. Shawn Hall and Jason Miller with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Will Gravlee with Gravlee Commercial represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Weatherford - Justice Clothing for Girls has leased a 4,000 SF space at Weatherford Ridge shopping center in Weatherford. This shopping center is located on the NEC of IH-20 and SR 171.
