INDUSTRIAL: Houston - National Property Holdings, L.P. has purchased a ���26,000 SF industrial building at 80 White Road in Houston. Both the seller, Martinez A&M Investments, and buyer were represented by Clay Pritchett of �NAI Houston.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Parker-Hannifin has leased 18,000 SF at 8206 Mosley in Houston. Barrett Gibson, SIOR and Jason English of Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Scott Leichtenberg of The Vanguard Commercial Group represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - PCI Promatec has leased a ���9,555 SF space at 11707 S. Sam Houston Parkway West in Houston. The landlord, Weingarten Realty Investors, was represented by Mary Jo Giammalva of Weingarten Realty. Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston represented the tenant, PCI Promatec, in the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors announced the sale of a 7,312 SF industrial building located at 2301 McAllister Road in northwest Houston. Randy Connell of Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors represented the buyer, Single Source Events, LLC. Michael Holmes of Weichert Realty represented the seller.

OFFICE: Houston - Trammell Crow Company and Principal Real Estate Investors announced they have acquired an 18.9-acre site located at the SWC of IH-10 and North Eldridge Parkway in Houston's Energy Corridor. The multi-phase development will include up to 1.5 million SF of Class AA office space. The first phase is planned to be a 20-story, 530,000 SF office building and a nine-level, free standing parking garage. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year with an expected delivery in late 2014.

OFFICE: Houston - HFF announced that it has closed the sale of 333 North Sam Houston Parkway East and 10700 I-45 North, two multi-tenant office buildings in Houston. HFF marketed the properties on behalf of the seller. The Khoshbin Company purchased the assets. 333 North Sam Houston Parkway East is a 12-story, 213,777 SF building. 10700 I-45 North has 181,647 SF of space. The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by Dan Miller and Martin Hogan.

OFFICE: Houston - Tom Reif, President of Reif & Associates, sold a 154,000 SF office building in Houston for $8,000,000. The buyer was a private investment group from the New York area. The seller was a large office building portfolio holding over 15,000,000 SF of assets across the country.

OFFICE: Houston - On behalf of American Spectrum Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle announced they have closed the sale of two office buildings in Houston's Energy Corridor submarket to Hicks Ventures, Ltd. The buildings, located at 16350 and 16360 Park Ten Place, include a total of 141,265 SF. Rudy Hubbard and Leah Gallagher led the Jones Lang LaSalle team on this transaction.

OFFICE: Houston - Sasol North America, Inc. renewed/expanded for a total of 83,960 SF at the Ashford 7 building, located at 900 Threadneedle in Houston. Robert Cromwell and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin represented the building owner, CFS Ashford VII, LP. Mary Caldwell-Coughran with Caldwell Companies represented the tenant in negotiations.

RETAIL: Katy - Construction continues on The Plazas at Spring Green, a 20,000 SF specialty retail center located at the intersection of Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Spring Green Boulevard in Katy. Developer Vista Equities Group projects a July completion date for construction and subsequent August openings for retail tenants. The Plazas at Spring Green is currently 80% leased with negotiations underway on an additional 4,270 SF of center space.
