ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Henry S. Miller Brokerage expanded their multifamily real estate presence with the addition of Brian Hanie as Vice President to the Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily investments division. Prior to Henry S. Miller, Hanie specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for Magellan Commercial Realty.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas -Steve Everbach has been tapped to lead North Texas operations for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas. He joins the company from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he headed up the firm's leasing and management operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This will be a return to Cushman & Wakefield for Everbach, who served as the company's managing director of asset services for four years, beginning in 1997.

INDUSTRIAL: Garland - Brothers Produce has leased 63,000 SF of cooler space in Garland Business Park, 2600 McCree Road in Garland, from AG/IRG Garland Holding LP. Todd Lambeth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Kevin Kelly of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - Richelle USA Inc. has leased 8,386 SF of office warehouse space at 2214 Paddock Way in Grand Prairie from Paddock Partnership. Jim Ferris with Bradford Companies represented the landlord and Bill Mote with Mote and Associates represented the tenant.

LAND: Carrollton - Kyle E. Robertson, CCIM with Bright Realty brokered the sale of 7.5 acres at 2020 Hebron Road in Carrollton. Robertson represented the seller, Hebron Community Church. The buyer, Stroud Development, represented itself in the transaction. Stroud purchased the property for a development to serve 64 assisted living and 48 Alzheimer's and dementia care residents.

MULTIFAMILY: Dallas - Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Lane Kommer arranged the sale of two apartment complexes for California REIT, CityView. Las Brisas, located at 4203 Gilbert Avenue, and the Villas on Bowser, 4330 Bowser Avenue, include a total of 67 apartment units. Dueno A Dueno, LLC purchased the properties. Upgrades to the properties are already under way. Grant Guest of Perry Guest Co. will be handling the construction. Guest also represented Dueno A. Dueno, LLC in the transaction.

OFFICE: Dallas - Uplift Education purchased an 85,386 SF office building at 2625 Elm Street in Dallas from HRT Properties of Texas, Ltd. Close to the highways, DART rail stations and with an attached parking lot, the property met Uplift's criteria for a new secondary level charter school. Cincha Kostman and Sanober Syed with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the seller. Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall, Inc. represented the buyer.
OFFICE: Frisco - Hall Financial Group, developer, owner and manager of Hall Office Park; and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, announced that MoneyGram International has signed a 25,287 SF lease at Hall Office Park, 3000 Internet Boulevard, in Frisco. Jeff Staubach and Brooke Armstrong with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Kim Butler, Tammy Lomonaco-Nellis and Brad Gibson represented the landlord, Hall Financial Group.
OFFICE: Colleyville - Realty Capital has sold a lot in The Village at Colleyville to Jack Prewitt & Associates for the construction of their new corporate headquarters, Aviation Place. Jack Prewitt & Associates will own the 13,263 SF building at 97 Village Lane in The Village at Colleyville and will relocate their offices from Airport Freeway in Bedford. Four other aviation businesses who work closely with Jack Prewitt will be relocating their offices to the building.

RETAIL: Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Trail Lake Plaza, a 33,120 SF retail center located at 5016 Trail Lake Drive in Fort Worth. Philip Levy with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company and a private investor, was secured and represented by Vincent Knipp, also with Marcus & Millichap.
RETAIL: Rockwall - SRS Real Estate Partners represented CRP/Arrow Rockwall, LLC in the leasing of an 8,423 SF space to Legacy Salon at Rockwall Market Center in Rockwall. It is located on the SWC of I-30 and Market Center Drive. Mark Newman and Carey Shagets with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, CRP/Arrow Rockwall, LLC in the transaction.
