MULTIFAMILY: Austin - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Rutland Place, a 294-unit multifamily property located at 1711 Rutland Drive in Austin. Kent Myers and Joe James in Marcus & Millichap's Austin office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a non-profit organization. The buyer, a partnership, was also secured by Myers and James.

OFFICE: San Antonio - S O Wehren Holding Company sold Legacy Oaks Office Park, a 223,000 SF, seven building, medical office project located at Fredericksburg Road and Mockingbird Lane in San Antonio to MJR Investments. At the time of sale, the project was 76% leased. Rhonda Toming and Jeff Coddington with Oxford Commercial represented the seller, JP Morgan Chase Bank, in the transaction.
OFFICE: Austin - Epicom leased 5,227 RSF in Southwest Tower located at 211 East 7th Street in Austin. Rick Whiteley and Bob Wynn with Oxford Commercial represented the tenant.

 RETAIL: Cedar Park - HFF announced that it has secured a $7.5 million refinancing for Homestead Shopping Center, an 88,829 SF retail center in Cedar Park. HFF worked on behalf of Cencor Realty Services and their affiliate, The Weitzman Group, to secure the five-year, 5.5 percent fixed-rate loan through ViewPoint Bank. Homestead Shopping Center is located at the NWC of Highway 183 and Lakeline Mall Boulevard. The HFF team representing Cencor Realty Services was led by Travis Anderson. 
RETAIL: Austin - Vida Dental leased 6,050 SF at Towne Square Shopping Center, William Cannon and Manchaca in Austin. Retail Solutions represented the shopping center. RETAIL: San Antonio - Vietnam Market expanded into 7,201 SF of retail space for 5 years on 5400 Walzem Road in San Antonio. Lex Lutto with The Weitzman Group represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT. 
RETAIL: San Antonio - Shoe Metro leased 6,000 SF at Crosstowne Mercado, located at 4800 West Commerce Street in San Antonio. Kay Lewis of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. |
