ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - The Henry S. Miller family of companies announced the addition of Jeff Fritts as Executive Associate to Henry S. Miller Brokerage's commercial real estate brokerage team. Jeff will be specializing in investment opportunities utilizing his past experience in debt and equity partnership financing. Jeff has been a CFO and Partner at Five Star Real Estate, Director of Finance for Trammell Crow Company and Co-Founder of FrittsSesler Investments.

 

INDUSTRIAL: McKinney - Segars McKinney, LP purchased a 70,200 SF building at 1720 Bray Central in McKinney from JP Morgan/Chase. Holmes Davis of Binswanger represented the buyer and Eric Deuillet and Bob Kent of Structure Commercial represented JP Morgan/Chase.

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Arlington - Phluid Com leased 10,000 SF at 3214 Dalworth in Arlington. Bob Kent of Structure Commercial handled the lease negotiations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Richardson - A.M. Home Diagnostics, Inc. leased 9,805 SF of warehouse space for 5 years at 1900 Firman Drive in Richardson.  Mike McCartan with Mark V Commercial represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

 



 

 

MEDICAL: Dallas - Castlebrook Management announced the completion of over 9,600 SF in medical leases to six tenants at Three Hillcrest Green, located at 12740 Hillcrest Road in Dallas. One of the tenants, Howard A. Rubin, MD and Claire S. Reddick, MD, dermatologists, signed a 3,072 SF lease. Michael Carmichael of John Bowles Company represented the tenant. Tom Ligon and Douglas Boettcher of Castlebrook Management represented the landlord.

 


 

 

OFFICE: Dallas - Structure Commercial has been awarded the leasing assignment of Park Plaza, the 120,000 SF office building at 13111 North Central Expressway in Dallas and The Katy Building, the 52,000 SF office building at 701 Commerce Street in Dallas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OFFICE: Dallas - RE/MAX of North Dallas has leased 6,684 SF of office space in a renewal and 1,640 SF expansion in Danari Office Building I, 15150 Preston Road in Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, ARI Preston LLC. Don Dahlberg of RE/MAX of North Dallas represented the tenant.

 

 

 

 

 

OFFICE: Richardson - Amegy Bank of Texas has leased 5,606 SF of space for a branch bank location at 1901 N. Central Expressway in Richardson. Ryan Johnson and Mark Reeder with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. Shawn Loney and Jim Turano with Henry S. Miller Company represented the landlord, The Frankford Court, Ltd.

 

 

 

 

 

 

OFFICE: Southlake - RE/MAX Masters has leased 4,294 SF at 121 Countryside Court in Southlake. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented both parties in this transaction.

 

 

RETAIL: Arlington - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of Matlock Mayfield Village, a 40,230 SF retail property located at 3330 Matlock Road in Arlington. Bill Jordan in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local limited liability company. The buyer in this transaction was an out-of-state limited liability company.

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Dallas - Mattress Outfitters leased 7,700 SF of space at Preston Trail Plaza, 17390 Preston Road in Dallas, from Preston Trail Plaza, Ltd. Philip Green of Dalstar Commercial Realty negotiated the lease with Daniel P. Harris of Henry S. Miller Brokerage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of a two-tenant retail building with Chase Bank and Starbucks Coffee; Starbucks Coffee is currently subleased to Nothing Bundt Cakes. The 4,701 SF property is located at the SWC of Camp Bowie Boulevard and Hulen Street in Fort Worth. Vincent Knipp and Chance Hales marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private partnership out of California. The buyer, a local partnership, was also secured by Knipp.
