LAND: Houston - Baxter J. Braband has purchased 9.487 acres at 8727 Jackrabbit Road in Houston from Marvin Belz, Executor of the Olga Belz Estate. The land will be developed as the second phase of the Jackrabbit Business Park, a multi-tenant office warehouse facility. Mr. Braband was represented by Mike Bennett of Bennett Properties. Mr. Belz was represented by Chuck Bradley of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors.
LAND: Houston - NewQuest Properties represented the seller, Whitney National Bank, in selling 3.4662 acres on Post Oak Boulevard and Transco One Drive in the heart of the Galleria. Cullen Kappler represented NewQuest Properties and Brian Austin with Alliance Communities represented the buyer. The buyer, Alliance Communities, plans to develop a 272-unit multifamily building with a parking garage on the site. The 5-story building will commence construction this month.

MEDICAL: Brenham - Stan Johnson Company has completed the sale of a 9,423 SF medical building, 100% leased to St. Joseph's Regional Health Center, located on 1.11 acres at 110 Highway 290 in Brenham. Hunter Jaggard with Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, GroundForce Building Systems. The property was purchased by an individual investor out of College Station.

Stream Realty Partners is expanding its office space in response to rapid growth in Houston. Stream Realty Partners leases 515 Post Oak on behalf of Wells Real Estate Funds. The property is a 272,763 SF office building located in the Galleria submarket.
OFFICE: Houston - PreCheck, Inc. has leased a 15,027 SF office building at 2500 East TC Jester in Houston. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Trey Miller with Boxer Property represented the landlord.
OFFICE: Houston - Riverstone Residential renewed 6,166 SF of office space for 5 years at 11200 Westheimer in Houston. Charles Walker with Spencer Consulting represented the tenant and Ami Figg represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
