MULTIFAMILY: Austin - Muskin Commercial announced the closing of a multifamily community in Austin known as the Summer Grove Apartment Homes, consisting of 124 units at 7905 San Felipe Blvd. The property was owned by Summer Grove Properties. The property was sold to entities controlled by Latitude Management Real Estate Investors. The transaction was listed for sale with Ellen Muskin of Muskin Commercial, who represented the seller.
MULTIFAMILY: Austin - Trammell Crow plans to redevelop the Green Water Treatment Plant site in downtown Austin. The development of the 4.4-acre site will include 826 apartments, an office building, a hotel, and 82,000 SF of ground-level retail space. |

OFFICE: San Antonio - NAI REOC San Antonio announced the purchase of KCI Tower by Callaghan Tower, Ltd. from TIC Properties. The 166,000 SF building is located at 8023 Vantage Drive in San Antonio. Todd Mills with CBRE represented the seller. Todd A. Gold, CCIM with NAI REOC San Antonio represented the buyer.
OFFICE: Cedar Park - The former 20,400 SF Cedar Park City Hall building at 600 North Bell Blvd. has been purchased by an undisclosed buyer. Lance Morris of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations on behalf of the City of Cedar Park.
