LAND: Houston - Beltway Business Park, developed by National Property Holdings, announced that the Houston Humane Society has purchased an 11-acre site on Beltway 8 South in its Beltway Business Park development for a new full-service veterinary clinic and its pet adoption programs. OFFICE: Houston - Hines, on behalf of building owner FSP Phoenix Tower Limited Partnership, announced that New York Life has signed a long-term lease for 33,394 SF at Phoenix Tower, 3200 Southwest Freeway in Houston. The insurance company was represented in lease negotiations by Chip Horne of Cushman & Wakefield. Tyler Garrett and Paula Bruns of Hines represented FSPLP.
OFFICE: Houston - OBAX USA, LLC renewed and expanded into 6,591 SF at 363 N. Sam Houston Parkway in the Greenspoint submarket of Houston. Griff Jaggard and Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin Interests represented the landlord, 363 North Belt, LP. The tenant was not represented.
