COMMERCIAL: Euless - Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD purchased a 114,000 SF property at 1350 W. Euless in Euless. Gene J. Livens, Church Consultant with Service Realty, Inc., represented the seller, Restoration Church Ministries, Inc. The buyer will use the property as a "bus barn".

1411 W. Walnut Hill Lane  

INDUSTRIAL: Irving - TMG-C D�cor has purchased a 118,000 SF industrial building at 1411 W. Walnut Hill Lane in Irving for their corporate headquarters. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial and Allen Gump of Colliers International negotiated the transaction.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Southlake - Specialized Products Co. has renewed 94,993 SF of office/warehouse space in Heritage Business Park Building 1, 1100 Kimball Ave. in Southlake, from CLPF Heritage One LP. Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Reggie Beavan of Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant.

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Southlake - Hollingsworth & Co. has leased 8,518 SF at 2050 Greenwood Drive in Southlake. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the landlord and Monica Wofford with HBK Realty Group represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Carrollton - B&B Roadway & Security Solutions has renewed 6,726 SF of flex industrial space in Chenault Court, 2009 Chenault Court in Carrollton. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, CFS Midway Chenault. Charles Beck and Robert Fulford of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the tenant.

 

 


2805 South Mayhill Road 

 

MEDICAL: Denton - Stan Johnson Company has completed the sale of a 13,100 SF medical office property located at 2805 South Mayhill Road in Denton. Toby Scrivner, Jeff Matulis and Karen Vinsko of Stan Johnson Company represented the buyer, an Institutional REIT based in New York. The newly-constructed property is situated just off Interstate 35, adjacent to the Denton Regional Hospital, and on the campus of North Texas Hospital.

 
Woodlake Apartments

MULTIFAMILY: Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Woodlake Apartments, an 82-unit multifamily property located at 1404 Weiler Boulevard in Fort Worth. Boyan Radic and Brian Roosth in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an LLC based in Chicago. The buyer, a New York LLC, was also secured and represented by Radic and Roosth.

 


 

Legacy Town Center I, II and III

 

OFFICE: Plano - KBS Realty Advisors closed on its acquisition of Legacy Town Center I, II and III. CBRE will provide leasing and management services for this class A, 522,043 SF office complex located on the Dallas North Tollway adjacent to the popular Shops at Legacy. CBRE's Celeste Fowden, Dennis Barnes and Burson Holman will lease and market the assets on behalf of KBS.

 

 

 

Providence Tower 

 

OFFICE:Addison - CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP leased 24,051 SF of office space in Providence Tower, located at 5001 Spring Valley Road in Addison, from EOS Properties at Providence Towers, LLC. Janice Peters, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the tenant. Kim Brooks of Transwestern represented the landlord.

 

 

 

 

 

Richland Corporate Centre

OFFICE: North Richland Hills - Impel Management Services has signed a renewal and expansion at Richland Corporate Centre, 9001-03 Airport Freeway in North Richland Hills, totaling 37,181 SF, adding 6,112 SF in a direct deal with Belinda Dabliz, vice president of leasing for the landlord, Gaedeke Group LLC.

 

OFFICE: Southlake - TQC / Champion Partners has leased 7,250 SF at 2050 Greenwood Drive in Southlake. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the landlord. Michael Baumann of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.
