ANNOUNCEMENT: Houston - Holt Lunsford Commercial announced that Kirt Rimpela has been promoted to Vice President - Management Services in its Houston office. Mr. Rimpela was previously Vice President - Houston Office and Senior Manager. Prior to joining HLC, Mr. Rimpela was Vice President with Equastone and oversaw the asset management of a portfolio valued at $275 million.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Corey Ferguson, CCIM of Raintree Commercial represented Pescador Partners in the sale of 8709 Miller Road #2, a 66,000 SF industrial property on 38 acres in Houston, to B&E Resources.

 

Gardendale_Warehouses

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of the Gardendale Warehouses, a 36,000 SF industrial property located at 5707 Gardendale Drive in Houston. Andrew Jewett in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Texas partnership. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Jewett.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Builders Surplus of Houston has leased 29,579 SF of warehouse space at Pine Timbers Distribution Center. Jon L. Michael and Edward R. Bane of NAI Houston handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, IndCor Properties. Ron Roberson and Blake Warren of Caldwell Companies represented the tenant.

 

Clay-Hempstead-Business-Park

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Hilltop Granites, LLC renewed 27,061 SF at Clay Hempstead Business Park, located at 8758 Clay Road in Houston. Jim Autenreith of Moody Rambin Interests represented Hilltop and Jeff Barbles of Moody Rambin Interests represented the landlord, Ivest LP.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Sugar Land - Gauging Systems has renewed 22,200 SF of office/warehouse space at 910 Industrial Road in Sugar Land. Larry Indermuehle and Jane Holloway with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. David Sutton with Tarantino Properties represented the landlord.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Sugar Land - Omni Flow Computers has renewed their lease in 16,125 SF of warehouse space at Sugar Land Business Center. Jon L. Michael and Edward R. Bane of NAI Houston handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Cobalt Industrial REIT II. Jarret Venghaus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

MULTIFAMILY: Houston - HFF has closed the sale of Westchase Creek, formerly known as Camden Creek, a 456-unit multi-housing community located at 3000 Woodland Park Drive. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Camden Property Trust. Allen Harrison Company, LLC purchased the property in a joint-venture partnership with Dome Equities LLC and Equity Resource Investments LLC. The HFF team representing the seller included Craig LaFollette, Todd Stewart, Todd Marix, Tre Banks and Chris Curry.

OFFICE: The Woodlands - The J. Beard Real Estate Company announced that Strike, LLC has leased 27,253 SF at The Reserve at Sierra Pines, 1585 Sawdust Road in The Woodlands. Jeff Tinsley of The J. Beard Real Estate Company represented the tenant. Stream Realty Partners represented the owner, 1601 Sawdust, LLC.
