ANNOUNCEMENT: San Antonio - Tim McBrearty has joined Retail Solutions as Senior Vice President and commercial broker in the San Antonio Office. Tim is a senior real estate executive with thirty years of commercial real estate experience. Immediately prior to joining Retail Solutions, Mr. McBrearty founded MC Properties, a commercial real estate company, which he managed for twelve years.

ANNOUNCEMENT: San Antonio - DH Realty Partners announced that John Cannon has joined the company as an Associate. John has more than 16 years experience in leadership positions, having served as the senior pastor of one of San Antonio's largest churches. In his new position, Cannon will work with individuals and companies with their commercial real estate buying, selling, research and leasing.

INDUSTRIAL: Austin - Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories leased 3,567 SF at 4030 W. Braker Lane in Austin. Brian Liverman with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Bob Rein and Jerry Heare with NAI REOC Austin represented the tenant.

MEDICAL: New Braunfels - The initial stages of construction have begun on the Resolute Health Wellness Campus located adjacent to Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels. The 84-acre site, at the intersection of FM 306 and FM 1101, will be home to a health and wellness campus complete with a 190-bed hospital, urgent care center, fitness and spa centers. The developers of Creekside Town Center are NewQuest Properties and Lockard Companies. 

OFFICE: Round Rock - CISC Systems leased 13,992 SF of office/flex space at 445 Round Rock West in Round Rock. Charles Harvey of Don Quick & Associates represented the landlord, Transpacific Resources. Darren Quick of Don Quick & Associates represented the tenant, CISC Systems.

RETAIL: Cedar Park - Bed Bath & Beyond leased the 34,510 SF former Linens 'N Things space at Lakeline Plaza, NWC of Hwy 183 & RR 620 in Cedar Park. Cole Brodhead of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Steve Lieberman and Steve Greenberg of The Retail Connection represented the tenant.

RETAIL: San Antonio - 4M Realty's Sandi Leone represented the seller regarding a 1031 Tax Exchange for the sale of the 12,421 SF retail building, Castle Hills Crossroads, at 2277 NW Military Hwy. in San Antonio. The buyer, KFM Partners, Ltd., was represented by David Ballard with Reata Real Estate.

 

RETAIL: Brownsville - City Buffet has signed a 10,050 SF lease at Boca Chica Plaza, 2921 Boca Chica Blvd. in Brownsville. Ric Rubiano of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Evelyn Yu of SODO Realty represented the tenant.

RETAIL: San Antonio - Jacqi's Nu Fitness leased 2,316 SF at Savings Square, 6703 Bandera Road in San Antonio. Tim McBrearty of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Harlingen - Direct General has lease 2,200 SF at Harrison Crossings Shopping Center in Harlingen. Brian Cooper of NNN REIT represented the landlord. Ric Rubiano of Retail Solutions represented the tenant.

RETAIL: Round Rock - Bellus Flooring, LLC leased 1,806 SF of retail space at 2111 Sam Bass Road in Round Rock. Charles Harvey and Darren Quick of Don Quick & Associates represented the landlord, Boardwalk @ Sam Bass LLC. Joe Willie McAllister of McAllister & Associates represented the tenant, Bellus Flooring, LLC.
