MULTFAMILY: San Antonio - Seldin Company acquired two apartment complexes in San Antonio. The real estate firm purchased the 280-unit Villas of Oak Creste at 5315 Fredericksburg Road and the 262-unit Songbird at 7667 Callaghan Road. World Group Commercial Real Estate advised the buyer in the transaction.

OFFICE: Austin - ClearOne leased 11,084 SF at Stonelake, 4030 W. Braker Lane in Austin. Brian Liverman and Daniel Farrar with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Christopher Aloorn with CBRE represented the tenant.

OFFICE: Austin - Austin Materials LLC leased 9,551 SF at Great Hills Corporate Center, 9020 N. Capital of Texas Highway in Austin. Luke Drolet of The Kucera Companies represented the tenant. Jeff Henley of The Kucera Companies represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Austin - The 11,330 SF retail property located at 2324 South Lamar in Austin has sold for an undisclosed amount. William B. Stringer with Ausvest Commercial/Investment Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction. Blair Helgren with Woodland Property Group represented the buyer, an Austin-based real estate investment group.
