Chad Lavender 

ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - HFF announced that Ryan Maconachy and Chad Lavender has joined the firm's Dallas office to lead HFF's charge into the seniors housing investment sales business. Mr. Maconachy, who joins HFF as a managing director, has more than six years of experience in the seniors housing market and was most previously the national director of ARA's National Seniors Housing Group. Mr. Lavender, who will be a director at HFF, was also a producer and integral part of ARA's National Seniors Housing Group.

INDUSTRIAL: Farmers Branch - Lee & Associates has completed a 10,400 SF industrial sale at 13700 Diplomat Drive in Farmers Branch. Mark Graybill and Donnie Rohde represented the seller, Jambros Partners Limited, in the transaction with Smooth-On, the buyer.

INDUSTRIAL: Arlington - Way Construction Services Inc. has leased 6,410 SF of warehouse space at 1112 111th Street in Arlington from JT 111 Ltd. Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Jim Hazard of Transwestern Dallas represented the landlord. 

LAND: Dallas - Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Darrell Hurmis and Ben Chien of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments Division were awarded the listing to market 225.89 acres of premier infill land located at the NWC of LBJ Freeway and Stemmons Freeway. The offering is part of the 1,200 acre mixed-use Mercer Crossing development which currently includes existing office buildings and residential communities.

Debi Carter, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the tenant. Jim Kelley with Champions DFW Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

MULTIFAMILY: Hurst - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Dakota Place, a 77-unit multifamily property located at 450 East Hurst Boulevard in Hurst. Boyan Radic and Mason Green in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a local limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Radic and Green.
