MULTIFAMILY: Houston - Southern Realty Advisors announced it has sold Calli Court Apartments, a 30-unit apartment complex near Old Spanish Trail at 6225 Tierwester in Houston. Julia McManus, Partner at Southern Realty Advisors, marketed the property on behalf of Shield One Investments, the Houston-based seller. The property was purchased by a Dallas-based investor.

OFFICE: Houston - California Credit Union has acquired 507, 519 and 523 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E. buildings, which are a part of the Sam Houston Plaza Business Park located near the intersection of I-45 and the Sam Houston Parkway. Moody Rambin Interests has been retained as the property management and leasing agent for the 235,794 SF complex. Ann Woody will oversee the property management of the building and Terri Torregrossa will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
OFFICE: Spring - The J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP has brokered the sale of the Spring Hill Executive Office Suites phase II and III located at 500 and 504 Spring Hill Drive in Spring. The 40,372 SF, 100% occupied property was bought by a private family partnership along with Mercan, LLC from The Woodlands. Josh Feinberg of The J.
