INDUSTRIAL: San Antonio - Warren Borrer and Antonia Richardson bought a 7,800 SF industrial property at 536-538 Roosevelt in San Antonio. Terri Rubiola with DH Realty Partners represented the buyer. Steve Yndo with Yndo Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Jason Stevens and Leslie Raymond.

The Cordoba 

 

MULTIFAMILY: San Antonio - Hendricks & Partners announced the sale of The Cordoba (260 units), located at 7810 Callaghan Road in San Antonio. The seller was Blue Valley Apartments Inc., a Florida corporation c/o Ocwen Loan Servicing. The buyer was a Texas-based investor. The transaction was negotiated by Will Caruth, Chris Ross, and Mike Miller of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of the seller.

 


Barton Oaks Plaza  

OFFICE: Austin - Coats Rose leased 12,290 SF at Barton Oaks Plaza, 901 S. MoPac Expressway in Austin. Kevin Granger and Brad Philip with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Pat Herron with Herron Partners represented the tenant.

 

102-104 Heiman 

OFFICE: San Antonio - Modern on Main II, Ltd. acquired a 9,340 SF office building located at 102-104 Heiman in San Antonio. Steve Thurlow with Thurlow & Co. represented the buyer. Terri Rubiola with DH Realty Partners represented the seller, James S. Kerr Estate Trust.

 

RETAIL: Austin - Shepler's Western Wear leased 25,269 SF at Capital Plaza Shopping Center, 5451 N. I-35 in Austin. Daren Nix of EDGE Realty Partners represented the tenant. Michele Gary of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord.

2039 South Bridge Street  

RETAIL: Brady - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of an O'Reilly Auto Parts Retail Center, part of a two-tenant retail center that offers 10,000 rentable SF, located at 2039 South Bridge Street in Brady. Greg Gaynor and Kelly Smith with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Gaynor and Smith.

RETAIL: San Antonio - Unisource Paper Plus has leased 7,896 SF at 9315 Broadway in San Antonio. Kay Lewis of Retail Solutions represented the tenant, and John Greg Turcotte of NAI REOC San Antonio represented the landlord.
