Dan Lawson with Proterra Properties represented the landlord, The Realty Associates Fund VII, L.P.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Eleganza Tiles Inc. has leased 60,092 SF of warehouse space in Dallas Corporate Center Building 1, 2230 LBJ Freeway in Dallas, from ProLogis. Kevin J. Santaularia and Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Mitch Pruitt of ProLogis represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - Michelle Hudson, SIOR, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the landlord, Great Southwest Parkway/Douglas, LP, with the lease renewal and extension of a 22,455 SF industrial/office building at 1174 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. Gary Collett and Mari Jones with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Pratt & Whitney Services, Inc.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Miguel Mendoza and Jose Rodriguez leased a 22,000 SF industrial building located at 4330 Bronze Way in Dallas from Bronze Way Properties, L.P. Michelle Hudson, SIOR, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL: Farmers Branch - Data Projections Inc. has leased 8,980 SF of flex industrial space at 14452 W. Beltwood Parkway in Farmers Branch from Maxim Integrated Products. Jason Miller and Shawn Hall of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Greg Langston and Bret Hefton of CRESA Partners represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Garland - Scott Jackson, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented Beatrice Leihkauff in the sale of a 5,000 SF industrial/office building at 2729 National Drive in Garland. The purchasers, Dwayne Scott and Holly Kimbrell, were represented by Mike Gravitt with Mike Gravitt & Company, Inc.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Haltom City - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Waldemar, an 88-unit multifamily property located at 4812 Waldemar Street in Haltom City. Al Silva in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Texas partnership. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Silva.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Bedford - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Bedford Hills, an 84-unit multifamily property located at 942 Simpson Terrace in Bedford. Al Silva in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a local partnership, was also secured by Al Silva.

RETAIL: Hurst - Chris Corbin of Venture Commercial represented Armstrong McCall, a wholesale distributor of professional beauty supplies, in the purchase of a 24,463 SF building located at 770 W. Bedford Euless Rd. in Hurst. Hank Gaines of Gaines Real Estate Company represented the seller, FOCI Corporation.

RETAIL: Lancaster - A local investor purchased an 18,301 SF retail center located at 404 North I-35 in Lancaster from Lancaster Venture No. One, L.P. Michelle Hudson, SIOR, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the purchaser and Jason Vitorino with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
