INDUSTRIAL: San Antonio - David Schnitzer of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented 1114 West Commerce Associates in the sale of a 42,887 SF building located at 501-505 South Comal Street in the Westside community of San Antonio. Patrick Shearer and Brad Hardy of Peloton Commercial represented the buyer, the San Antonio City Public Service Board.

OFFICE: Austin - Texas Windstorm Insurance Association leased 52,650 SF of office space at Monterey Oaks, 5700 S. MoPac Expressway in Austin. Jack Tynes and John Hanly with Commercial Real Estate Solutions represented the tenant. Chad Barrett and Robert Shore with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord.

OFFICE: Austin - Ashton Woods Homes leased 4,187 SF at 4201 W. Parmer Lane in Austin. David Dawkins and Jack Tynes of Commercial Real Estate Solutions represented the tenant. Denise Kindred of Oxford Commercial represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Weslaco - Capcor Weslaco, Ltd. has purchased Valley Crossing Shopping Center, a 100% leased, 178,618 SF shopping center in Weslaco. Valley Crossing Shopping Center is anchored by JC Penney, TJ Maxx, PetCo and Olive Garden. The purchaser was represented by Ryan West of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. Christopher D. Winters of Colliers International represented the seller, SDI Weslaco Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.

RETAIL: McAllen - Mattress Firm has leased 27,600 SF at a former Willie's Appliance location at 4401 San Bernardo in McAllen. Ricardo Rubiano of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Austin - Pep Boys leased 22,250 SF at Lake Creek Festival, 13729 Research Blvd. in Austin. Monica Moore of AIM Real Estate Group represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: Round Rock - Corner Bakery Cafe leased 3,821 SF at The Market at Round Rock Shopping Center, 110 North I-35 in Round Rock. Jeff Townsend of EDGE Realty Partners represented the tenant and Bryan Dabbs of Stream Realty represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Corpus Christi - NewQuest Properties leased 2,800 SF to Sleep Rite Mattress Co. in Saratoga Town Center in Corpus Christi. Bob Conwell represented NewQuest.

 

RETAIL: San Antonio - Timberhill Tavern has leased 2,257 SF at Timberhill Village Shopping Center, 5251 Timberhill Drive in San Antonio. Kay Lewis of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

RETAIL: McAllen - Ricardo Rubiano of Retail Solutions represented the landlord in a 1,944 SF lease to Omni Fitness at Jackson Triangle, located at 1400 E. Expressway 83 in McAllen.
