INDUSTRIAL: La Porte - Port Crossing Commerce Center, a joint venture of National Property Holdings and ML Realty Partners, announced that Gulf Winds International has leased a 247,240 SF rail-served building located at 1842 S. 16th Street in La Porte. Michael J. Taetz, Gary A. Mabray and Jason Dillee of Colliers International represented Port Crossing Commerce Center, while Aron Grenader of First Houston Properties represented Gulf Winds International.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented Bakersfield Pipe and Supply in the purchase of a 35,800 SF industrial building located at 14514 Luthe Road in Houston. The seller did not have representation.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - BTEC Turbines LP leased a 27,200 SF building at 6755 Willow Brook Park Drive in Houston. The landlord, Capital Commercial Investments, was represented by John Ferruzzo of NAI Houston. David Gerber of Gerber Realty represented the tenant.
INDUSTRIAL: Stafford - N-Line Valves has leased a spec warehouse facility totalling 13,500 SF at Stafford Business Park, 13350 Pike Road in Stafford. The landlord, SBP-Development I, LTD, was represented by John Ferruzzo, SIOR and Darren O'Conor of NAI Houston. Nic Peterson of Indermuele & Company represented the tenant, N-Line Valves, in the transaction.

MULTIFAMILY: Pearland - HFF has closed the sale of St. Andrews Apartments, a 472-unit, Class A multi-housing community at 9900 Broadway Street in Pearland. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a T-I-C ownership group managed by Joseph and Henry Mandelbaum of RealTax Inc. Venterra Realty purchased St. Andrews Apartments for an undisclosed amount. The HFF investment sales team representing the seller included Craig LaFollette, Todd Stewart, Todd Marix, Tre Banks and Chris Curry.

OFFICE: Sugar Land - Tom Reif of Reif & Associates announced the sale of a 154,182 SF office building located at 12808 West Airport Blvd. in Sugar Land to a New York private investor. The seller was a local investor.
OFFICE: The Woodlands - The 234,000 SF 3 Waterway Square Place, an 11-story office building currently being constructed in The Woodlands Town Center on the corner of Lake Robbins and Woodloch Forest, has signed lease agreements with two tenants. Waste Connections Inc. has signed a 49,929 SF lease agreement and Nexeo Solutions has increased their 64,046 SF lease to 106,710 SF.
OFFICE: Houston - Conley Rose, P.C. is moving to 1001 McKinney Building located at Main Street and McKinney Avenue from JPMorgan Chase Tower. Conley Rose, P.C. has leased the entire floor on Level 18, consisting of 20,001 SF. Joe McCluan and Joseph Hebert with Cameron Management represented the landlord. Kev Hodges with Studley represented the tenant.
OFFICE: Houston - Unity Church of Christianity renewed 8,166 SF of office space for 6 months at 2909 Hillcroft in Houston. Steve Bryant represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

STORAGE: Pearland - The Southern Storage Group announced that it has sold Able Self Storage, a 33,000 SF, 273-unit self storage facility in Pearland. The climate and non-climate controlled facility was 92 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Bill Bellomy, SSG Partner, negotiated the sale between the Houston-based seller and buyer.
