Rob Key 

ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - HFF announced that it has hired Rob Key as a director in its Dallas office. Mr. Key will focus on multi-housing investment sales transactions in the Southwest. He has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales and has been involved in more than $2.8 billion of real estate transactions during the course of his career. Mr. Key joins HFF from CBRE, where he focused on multi-housing as well as student housing properties.

 

 

 

David Glasscock 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - David Glasscock of Colliers International in Dallas has received the 2011 William C. Jennings Award from the Texas Association of Realtors during its Winter Meeting. This award recognizes the year's best commercial transaction based on contribution to the community, the merit and creativity of the transaction and the application of commercial real estate principles and practices. This year's winning transaction involved selling the largest vacant building in downtown Dallas, the 1.3 million SF building at 1401 Elm Street.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Arlington - Michelle Hudson, SIOR, CCIM with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the landlord, Avenue E/Douglas, LP, in the lease of a 50,100 SF industrial/office building at 2800 Avenue E East in Arlington.

 

Centre Port Service Center 

INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - TFG Founders Group LLC has leased 18,514 SF of warehouse space in CentrePort Service Center, 14805 Trinity Blvd. in Fort Worth, from Acquiport DFWIP Inc. Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Pyramids Office Tower 

OFFICE: Dallas - Hudson Peters Commercial has been awarded the leasing assignment for Pyramids Office Tower, located at 9201 North Central Expressway in Dallas, with Sanober Syed and Cincha Kostman performing the marketing and leasing duties. The Pyramids Office Tower, consisting of 145,365 rentable SF, is owned and managed by Healthcare Realty

   

Three Metro Square 

OFFICE: Dallas - Fults Commercial Real Estate announced the completion of Keane, Inc.'s 20,256 SF lease renewal at Three Metro Square, a two-building, 158,785 SF office complex located near the LBJ Freeway and I-35E interchange. The property owner, Capmark Bank, was represented by Rena Chappell, Bob Buell, and Tracy Fults of Fults Commercial Real Estate. Keane, Inc. was represented by Brian Kimberly of CRESA Partners.

OFFICE: Dallas - Integrated Telecom renewed 7,216 SF of office space for 5 years at 12655 North Central Plaza in Dallas. Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

OFFICE: Dallas - Mathis Donheiser & Jeter completed a lease at Adolphus Tower, located at 1412 Main Street in Dallas. They will occupy 7,236 SF on the 26th floor (top floor) of the office building. The lease transaction was handled by Henry S. Miller's Carla Machulis, leasing agent at Adolphus Tower. The cooperating brokers involved were Craig Wilson and Dan Harris of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services.

OFFICE: Dallas - Enigma, LLC leased 2,303 SF of office space for 5 years at 8111 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. John Bailey with Allan Bailey Group represented the tenant and Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

 

435 E Danieldale 

RETAIL: Duncanville - A 27,500 SF retail building located at 435 E. Danieldale Road in Duncanville was sold to Kerat Building, LLC. Bill Mote with Mote & Associates represented the seller, Prosperity Bank, and Saad Bairuty with SB Commercial represented the buyer.

 

   

1350 North Hampton Road

RETAIL: Dallas - Larry Leon and Kelly Hampton of Venture Commercial represented Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants, LLC in the disposition of a two-acre site with a 10,039 SF former Luby's Cafeteria building, located at 1350 North Hampton Road in Dallas. Derek Ferem of Vista Property Company represented the buyer.
