They have promoted Austin executives David Blackbird and Derek Land to regional managing partners of Stream's Austin office. INDUSTRIAL: Austin - Backs Lamar Warehouse LLC purchased a 5,000 SF building at 8203 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin from Custom Tabs Inc. Stan Briggs with Don Quick & Associates Inc. represented the seller and Steve Shire with Shire Commercial represented the buyer.

OFFICE: Austin - University Federal Credit Union has purchased the 246,000 SF office building at 8303 MoPac Blvd. in Austin from Aspen Properties. The company will occupy 100,000 SF, the remaining space will be leased out. Aquila Commercial brokered the sale.

RETAIL: San Antonio - SJ Furniture Outlet leased the 7,902 SF space at 238 SW Military in San Antonio. Don Prater of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Austin - SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of the 7,200 SF 620 Parmer Crossing II shopping center. It is located between Ranch Road 620 and the Avery Ranch residential development on the highly trafficked West Parmer thoroughfare. Jason Middlebrook of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
RETAIL: Austin - Cricket Wireless has leased 1,250 SF at Southwood Shopping Center, located at 1701 W. Ben White Blvd. in Austin. TJ Powell of Retail Solutions represented the tenant, and Gabe Sanchez and Jeff Lewis represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Bee Cave - Herman Tjahja of Retail Solutions represented the landlord for a 1,150 SF hair salon lease at Falconhead Plaza, located at 14360 Falconhead Blvd. in Bee Cave. Paul Ott of The Paul Ott Company represented the tenant.
