INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - A local investor has purchased a 12,228 SF office/warehouse at 4241 Sigma Road in Dallas. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial negotiated the sale with Nathan Malka of Gable Realty Group.
INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Cheers Etc. Inc. has leased 5,402 SF of office/warehouse space at 1355B N. Glenville Road in Dallas from TCIT Dallas Industrial Inc. MIXED-USE: Dallas - KDC will begin construction on a 400,000 SF office tower in Victory Park, a mixed-use center in downtown Dallas. Mill Creek Residential Trust is developing a 378-unit apartment building across from the office tower.

 OFFICE: Frisco - Six companies have signed leases totaling more than 17,500 SF at Hall Office Park development in Frisco. Thering McCarley renewed and expanded its lease to 3,950 SF at 2801 Network Blvd. Gen-E signed a lease for 3,918 SF at 3211 Internet Boulevard. VIA Information Systems has renewed its lease for 3,462 SF at 2401 Internet Blvd. Staffing Technologies renewed and expanded its lease to 2,455 SF at 2600 Network Blvd. Stark Holding, Inc. signed a lease for 2,203 SF at 2600 Network Blvd. Agencyport Software Corporation signed a lease for 1,513 SF at 2401 Internet Blvd. Kim Butler, Tammy Lomonaco-Nellis and Brad Gibson handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

OFFICE: Watauga - Pate Rehabilitation is opening a location at 8317 Whitley Road in Watauga where they leased 7,629 SF.
