INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Athena Gun Club of Houston, Ltd. has purchased a 53,770 SF office-warehouse at 10814 Old Katy Road on the Katy Freeway feeder road just east of Brittmore. Tim Clay with Clay & Company represented the seller, Katy Freeway Associates, Ltd.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Marwell Properties, LP has purchased a 15,300 SF warehouse at 11680 Brittmoore Park Drive in Houston. John Ferruzzo, SIOR, of NAI Houston represented the purchaser. The seller, Sata Re, Ltd., was represented by Jacob Carr of Transwestern.

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Genuine Transportation Inc., has leased a 6,500 SF industrial building located at 3340 Greens Road in Houston. Stephen Fotiades of The National Realty Group, Inc. represented the tenant. Jeremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty represented the landlord, Prologis Targets U.S. Logistics Fund L.P.

OFFICE: Houston - HFF announced that it has closed the sale of 2200 West Loop South, a 201,720 SF, Class A office building in Houston. HFF's investment sales team marketed the property on behalf of the seller, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. Parmenter Realty Partners purchased 2200 West Loop South for an undisclosed amount. The HFF team representing the seller was led by Dan Miller and Marty Hogan.
