MULTIFAMILY: Austin - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of a 422-unit apartment portfolio located in Austin. The 132-unit Quail Run is located at 1200 Mearns Meadow Blvd. The 130-unit Gateways is located at 1804 West Rundberg Ln. The 160-unit Woodmark is located at 1735 Rutland Dr. Joe James and Kent Myers of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, a Texas-based partnership, was also secured by James and Myers.

OFFICE: Austin - Siemens Real Estate signed a lease for 34,272 SF at 9225 Bee Caves Road in Austin. John Wolf of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. David Stojanik of The Kucera Cos. represented the landlord.

OFFICE: San Antonio - Travis Commercial Real Estate Services signed BP Exploration & Production to a new lease of 16,400 SF of office space at McAllister Plaza, located at 9601 McAllister Fwy. in San Antonio's North Central submarket. Chuck King and Taylor Dorris with Travis Commercial represented the landlord; BP was represented Ben Crawford and Lois Rosenthal with Jones Lang LaSalle.

OFFICE: Austin - Lumeris Inc. leased 11,861 SF at Great Hills Corporate Center, 9050 N. Capital of Texas Highway in Austin. Mark Greiner of Oxford Commercial represented the tenant. Jeff Henley of The Kucera Cos. represented the landlord.

OFFICE: San Antonio - Travis Commercial Real Estate Services signed Microsoft to a new lease of 9,147 SF of office space at Concord Park Two, located at 401 E. Sonterra Blvd. in San Antonio's Far North Central submarket. Taylor Dorris with Travis Commercial represented the landlord; Microsoft was represented by Dan Pollard with Jones Lang LaSalle.

OFFICE: San Antonio - 4M Realty's Sandi Leone and Michael Weiss represented the buyer, Ironsight WR, LLC, in the purchase of the 6,360 SF office building located at 11402 Blanco Road in San Antonio from the seller, EC Venture Ltd., who was represented by Carrie Caesar with CB Richard Ellis.

RETAIL: Victoria - ANB Assets, LLC sold Northcross Shopping Center, located at 5201 Navarro Street in Victoria to Dunhill Partners, Inc. The 165,522 SF property is co-anchored by Ashley Furniture and Gold's Gym. John Zikos and Chris Booras of Venture Commercial represented ANB Assets, and Nelson Billups and Alan Mann represented Dunhill Partners.

RETAIL: Austin - A thrift store out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area has leased 20,824 SF at North Park Shopping Center, 9616 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin. Retail Solutions leases the shopping center.

RETAIL: Austin - Nova Medical Centers has leased 7,913 SF at Corporate Center III, 8868 Research Blvd. in Austin. Cole Brodhead of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Chris Oddo of Don Cox Company represented the tenant.

RETAIL: Austin - TitleMax has leased the 3,517 SF 8929 North Lamar building in Austin. Herman Tjahja of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Austin - INKA Chicken, LLC leased 3,216 SF at a former Long John Silver's/A&W restaurant location at 1707 Wells Branch in Austin. Charles Harvey of Don Quick & Associates represented the tenant. Agnes Yu of Horizon Realty represented the landlord, PEMTEX, Inc.
