ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC announced the appointment of Lewis E. Wood (Lew) to Executive Vice President of the Institutional Multifamily Division. He brings the Miller Investment Division an extensive thirty-plus year history of apartment investment brokerage, development and acquisition experience.

INDUSTRIAL: Farmers Branch - Advantage Fixtures leased 29,363 SF at 13800 Senlac #100 in Farmers Branch. Allen Gump with Colliers International Dallas represented the tenant. Seth Koshak with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, First Industrial.

INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - N Sync Services Inc. has renewed 7,466 SF of flex industrial space in Northridge Tech Center, 2004 N. Hwy. 360 in Grand Prairie. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Northridge GSW Partner LP, in the direct deal.

MULTIFAMILY: Denton - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Singing Oaks, a 126-unit multifamily property located at 307 North Loop 288 in Denton. Al Silva in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office represented the buyer, a Florida developer, in the transaction. The seller was a local investor.

OFFICE: Plano - Spirent Communications leased 15,484 SF at 800 Klein Road in Plano. Greg Hoffman and Scott Jessen with Colliers International represented the tenant. Chuck Sellers with Peloton represented the landlord, RREEF.                                

OFFICE: Fort Worth - Spirent Communications leased 11,808 SF at 1701 River Run in Fort Worth. Greg Hoffman and Scott Jessen with Colliers International represented the tenant. Ellen Brooks with Dal-Worth Management represented the landlord, FW River Plaza L.P.

RETAIL: McKinney/Colleyville - Uhlmann Offices sold two properties to RioCan. The Market Street at Stonebridge Ranch shopping center in McKinney, located at the NEC of Eldorado Parkway and Ridge Road, is anchored by a 65,000 SF Market Street store and includes 23,552 SF of occupied retail space. The Colleyville property is a 72,617 SF stand-alone Market Street store that is part of the Town Center at Colleyville shopping center. John Zikos, Easley Waggoner, Amy Pjetrovic-Hunnicutt and Chris Booras of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Uhlmann Offices, and also worked directly with RioCan.  

RETAIL: Mesquite - December Galloway, LLC purchased Galloway Crossing, located at 2110 North Galloway Avenue in Mesquite. Galloway Crossing consists of 59,425 SF of retail and restaurant space. Chris Corbin and Bob Moore of Venture Commercial represented December Galloway. The seller, a special servicer, was represented by Jennifer Pierson and Beth Pierson of CBRE.

RETAIL: Dallas - Rosebriar Properties, Inc. announced that Preston Center Dance has signed a 7,000 SF lease to relocate their dance studio to The Corner at Preston Center, 6030 Luther Lane in Dallas. Representing Rosebriar in the transaction were Mackenzie Brittingham, Adam Sumrall, Ryan Stewart and Bill Hanks. Preston Center Dance was represented by Chris Teesdale of Colliers International and Steve Rosenthal.

RETAIL: Mesquite - Affordable Kar Kare has leased a 2,640 SF freestanding retail building at 2301 N. Galloway Drive in Mesquite from Chapman & Cole. Leigh C. Richter and Paul Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the direct deal.

RETAIL: Carrollton - Vape Lounge LLC has leased 2,201 SF of retail space in Northridge Court Shopping Center, 2741 E. Belt Line Road in Carrollton, from M West Holdings LLC. Leigh C. Richter and Paul Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the direct deal.
