 INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Colliers International has been hired by the Monit organization to manage and lease over 1.1 million SF of industrial, warehouse, showroom and flex spaces throughout their portfolio in the DFW Metroplex. Phil Rosenfeld and Greg Grainger, together with their teams, were selected to implement the leasing and management plans for Colliers in Dallas. The Monit portfolio in North Texas consists of eighteen buildings located in the Great Southwest Industrial, Brookhollow, East Fort Worth and DFW Airport Industrial submarkets.
INDUSTRIAL: Farmers Branch - Lee & Associates has completed a 10,400 SF industrial sale at 13720 Diplomat Drive in Farmers Branch. Mark Graybill and Donnie Rohde represented the seller. The purchaser, Life Time Roofing, was represented by Michael Chiocca of CB Richard Ellis.

OFFICE: Arlington - Grubb & Ellis Company announced that Heather Densmore Shover and Chris Wright represented Wells REIT II in a long-term lease renewal of 120,847 SF of office space at 4300 Centreway in Arlington to Aetna Life Insurance Company. The property is easily accessible via I-20, SH 360, US Highway 287 and Loop 820. Matthew Ruffing, Frank Ricca and Todd Burnette of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Aetna in the transaction.
