INDUSTRIAL: McAllen - Interlink Trade Services leased 79,000 SF in the McAllen Foreign Trade Zone at 6500 South 35th Street (Building Y) in McAllen. Carlos Marquez of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. INDUSTRIAL: McAllen - Valley Plastics and Paper Recycling leased 30,000 SF in the McAllen Foreign Trade Zone at 6909 South 33rd Street (Building W) in McAllen.  MULTIFAMILY: Austin - Asset Plus Companies added three new multifamily communities in Austin to their portfolio. They added the 96-unit Creekwood Village, the 242-unit Park Lane Villas, and the 134-unit Wood Ridge.
MULTIFAMILY: Pflugerville - Western Rim Property Services announced that construction on Mansions at Stone Hill, a planned 370-unit apartment complex behind the Stone Hill Town Center in Pflugerville, is expected to be under way in February.

OFFICE: San Antonio - Corporate Office Properties Trust sold a vacant, 95,000 SF office building at Sentry Gateway 100, along with 4 acres of land adjacent to the building. CPS Energy was the buyer. Larry Mendez and Amber Austin of Transwestern represented COPT in the transaction.
OFFICE: Round Rock - A 61,000 SF flex research and development building in Round Rock's Corridor Park Pointe office park was sold in a sale-leaseback. The seller, Flight Director Inc., will lease Building E in the office park from the buyer, Laro Properties LP.

RETAIL: Austin - HFF announced that it has arranged $5.1 million in first lien financing for the refinance of Southcross Plaza, a 34,051 SF retail center in Austin. Southcross Plaza is located at 3601 West William Cannon Drive across the street from H-E-B in southwest Austin. The HFF team representing Cencor Realty Services was led by director Travis Anderson.
RETAIL: Georgetown - Simon Property Group finds two new retailers for its Wolf Ranch Town Center in Georgetown. Gold's Gym Express has leased a 16,522 SF space and Ross Stores has leased 27,639 SF.
RETAIL: Austin - The Weitzman Group announced the sale of 2310 South Lamar Blvd. in Austin. The 4,229 SF property is located in the highly sought after 78704 zip code. The investment sales team of Logan Reichle and Brad Bailey represented the seller, a private partnership. The buyer is undisclosed.
RETAIL: San Angelo - A nail salon leased 2,000 SF at San Angelo Corners, located at 5769 Sherwood Way in San Angelo. Brett Gissler with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
