INDUSTRIAL: Pasadena - GSL Welcome Group announced the acquisition of its fourteenth building in the Deer Park/Pasadena area. The 48,710 SF, two-story office/warehouse located at 4300 Pasadena Freeway and Beltway Green Blvd. was purchased from Capital Commercial Investments, Inc., who was represented by Tom Lynch of CB Richard Ellis and Tyndall Yapp of Capital Commercial. Welcome Wilson, Jr. and Danielle Gann represented GSL Welcome Group.
INDUSTRIAL: Kingwood - Jim Cooper of Cypressbrook Company acted as intermediary between the landlord, Real Sunshine LP, and the tenant, Firewall International, in the lease of 7,500 SF of office/warehouse space at 1619 Lakeville Drive in Kingwood.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - R. Carmona purchased a 4,600 SF office/warehouse located at 3701 Ade Street off Westpark in Houston. Nabil Murad of NM Management, LLC represented the seller in the transaction.

LAND: Katy - Vista Brokerage Services announces the sale of 1.27 acres in Katy to E & A Katy LLC. The parcel, previously held by Vista Spring Green Ltd., is located at the NEC of Spring Green Drive and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in the master-planned community of Cinco Ranch. OFFICE: Houston - Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced that Apache Corporation signed a lease renewal of 497,592 SF at Post Oak Central in Uptown Houston for five years beyond the expiration of its current lease at the end of 2013. Eric Siegrist with Crescent at Post Oak Central and Bob Boykin with Crescent represented the owner while Tim Relyea and Scott Wegmann of Cushman & Wakefield represented Apache.
OFFICE: Houston - ITM Texas, Inc. leased 2,112 SF of office space at 2909 Hillcroft and Giering Investments, LP leased 1,009 SF of office space at 3100 Weslayan in Houston. Ami Figg represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, on both transactions.
