INDUSTRIAL: Flower Mound - HD Supply Facilities Maintenance Ltd. leased an additional 67,960 SF of industrial space at 550 Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound from Duke Realty. INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - FleetPride Inc. has renewed 9,000 SF of warehouse space at 912 Blue Mound Road in Fort Worth. Todd Lambeth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the direct deal.

OFFICE: Plano - Hines and a new joint venture with institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management-Global Real Assets announced the acquisition of The Plaza at Legacy. Formerly known as Computer Associates, the seven-story, 215,499 SF office building is located in the Legacy Business Park, in the Far North Dallas submarket of Plano. The acquisition also included an adjacent 12-acre corner land parcel along Legacy Drive.
OFFICE: McKinney - Holt Lunsford Commercial has been awarded the leasing and management assignment of Summit Park I, a 90,083 SF, three-story office building located at 2150 S. Central Expressway in McKinney. Summit Park I was built in 2007 and overlooks El Dorado Country Club. Byron McCoy and Mace McClatchy will lead the leasing efforts for Holt Lunsford Commercial.

OFFICE: Arlington - NorthStar Anesthesia, a long term tenant at the Bank of America building located at 2000 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington, renewed their current lease with expansion plans to occupy over 11,000 SF of Class A office space. Theron Bryant with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the transaction. Kyle Jacobs with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
OFFICE: Dallas - ABC Debt Relief expanded into 3,574 SF of office space and Chase Staffing renewed 2,500 SF of office space at 12655 North Central Expressway in Dallas. R1 Financial Group leased 719 SF of office space at 7616 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, on all three transactions.

RETAIL: Allen - SRS Real Estate Partners announced that it has been awarded a new property to its portfolio in the Dallas area. The property is a 29,480 SF pad site at Watters Village Retail Center that is 100 percent leased and is fully-developed. It is located on the SWC of Stacy Road and Curtis Lane in Allen. Lee Loftis and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners are handling this property.
PHOTO RETAIL: Plano - ScreenFX Academy renewed 4,829 SF of retail space at 6505 West Park Boulevard in Plano. Tyler Isbell with SRS Real Estate represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
