Kacy Jones
ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Industrial specialist Kacy Jones has joined CB Richard Ellis as First Vice President. Jones previously was a member of Jones Lang LaSalle's industrial services group. During his 12-year career, he has worked on more than 300 transactions totaling 800 million square feet. He was named Rookie of the Year by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors in 2001.



Ward Richmond
ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Colliers International and its Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors team announced that Ward Richmond has joined the team as vice president. Richmond joins Colliers with over 11 years of experience in the Dallas commercial real estate industry. He specializes in multi-market industrial tenants in the transportation and logistics industries and has focused the last six years on the industrial market locally, nationally and globally. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was a vice president at Transwestern.



Jon Riggs
ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - The Henry S. Miller family of companies announced the addition of Jon Riggs, Associate, and Max Tsai, Vice President, to Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Dallas-Fort Worth Investments Division. Jon will be specializing in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing properties for buyers and sellers. Max will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of an array of investment properties. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller Brokerage, Max was the General Managing Broker of Agape Commercial Real Estate Group.

Parkway Distribution Center
INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - Amalgamated Sugar Company leased 154,330 SF at Parkway Distribution Center, located at 701-721 South Parkway in Grand Prairie. Noel Hutcheson with Colliers International Dallas and Ashley Smith with Colliers International Savannah represented the tenant. Mark Graybill and Donnie Rhode with Lee & Associates and Robert Allen with First Industrial Realty Trust represented the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust.

INDUSTRIAL: Carrollton - A California-based trust has sold a 21,615 SF industrial building at 1335 Whitlock Lane in Carrollton to an owner-user, RIG Properties. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the trust in the disposition.

INDUSTRIAL: Grapevine - Frog Street Press Inc. has renewed 20,560 SF of warehouse space in Heritage Business Park VI, 800 Industrial Blvd. in Grapevine. Michael W. Spain and Todd Lambeth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, A&B Properties Inc. Donnie Rohde of Lee & Associates DFW represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Grapevine - Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. has renewed 20,000 SF of industrial space in Heritage Business Park Building 2, 1000 Nolen Drive in Grapevine. Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, CLPF-Heritage Two LP. Matt Thompson with Colliers International represented the tenant.


3000 Kellway Drive

OFFICE: Carrollton - Grubb & Ellis Company announced that Heather Densmore Shover, vice president, and Trae Anderson, senior vice president, represented 3000 Kellway Drive Holdings Limited Partnership in a long-term lease extension of 59,856 SF of office space at 3000 Kellway Drive in Carrollton, to Securus Technologies, Inc. Jeffrey Ellerman, John Woolsey, and Robert Blount of CBRE represented Securus in the transaction.




OFFICE: Grapevine - Regions Bank has sold a 26,240 SF, two-building office property at 1900 Enchanted Way in Grapevine to Capital Commercial Inc. Kevin Santaularia, Todd Lambeth and Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the bank in the disposition.

OFFICE: Dallas - Noreen Mehdi and Chris Wright of Grubb & Ellis' Dallas Agency Leasing team represented Proman International in a 10,998 SF lease to ForrestPerkins LLC at Turtle Creek Tower, located at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas. Elizabeth Solender of Solender/Hall Inc. represented ForrestPerkins in the transaction.








The Bank of America Building
OFFICE: Arlington - Dismuke Waters & Sweet renewed a 3,162 SF lease at The Bank of America building. SCM Real Estate Services handles the leasing and management of the seven-story, Class A building located at 2000 E. Lamar Blvd. Theron Bryant with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord, and Jason Brecheen with Swearingen Realty Group represented the tenant.

Cornerstone Shopping Center
RETAIL: Midland - Gordon Cornerstone Partners LP has purchased Cornerstone Shopping Center from KB Cornerstone Group LLC. Located at the corner of Loop 250 and Midland Drive, the 100,000 SF center is 92 percent occupied. Tenants include Gold's Gym, AT&T, Pizza Hut, One Main Financial, My Community Credit Union and Chito's Mexican Restaurant. Gordon Partners plans to add an additional 10,000 SF of retail and restaurant space. The firm will remodel the center in second quarter 2012.

Prestonwood ParkRETAIL: Plano - SRS Real Estate Partners represented Hartman Income REIT in the leasing of a 1,400 SF space to Harbor Spa and a 4,829 SF space to ScreenFX Academy. These spaces are located at Prestonwood Park on the NEC of West Park Boulevard and Midway Road in Plano. Tyler Isbell with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in the Harbor Spa transaction. Carrie Yu with Sunet Group represented the tenant, Harbor Spa. Tyler Isbell and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in the ScreenFX Academy transaction.
