ANNOUNCEMENT: San Antonio - SRS Real Estate Partners has added two new brokers to focus on San Antonio. Keith McRee and Ty West, formerly with NAI REOC, have joined SRS as vice presidents. They will be building on SRS' growing retail business in San Antonio. Previously, it was the Austin office that oversaw the firm's retail assignments in San Antonio.

COMMERCIAL: Giddings - David Alexander with BANDIER Realty Partners represented Tiep Vo in the sale of a 3,020 SF car wash on 0.5 acre site in Giddings to David Faldyn. The new owner plans to update and reopen the six-bay, self-serve car wash on Hwy 290.

LAND: Austin - Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Dallas-Fort Worth land division has arranged the sale of 148.322 acres in Austin to BFI Waste Systems of North America. The purchased acreage is located at the SWQ of SH 290 and Toll Road 130. BFI Waste, who was represented by Pete Greenfield of Cassidy Turley Midwest, has unconfirmed plans to use the property for local operation expansion. Tom, along with Jon Strelec of Tribeca Company, represented the seller.

MEDICAL: San Antonio - Duke Realty has purchased a 57,360 SF hospital and a 53,379 SF medical office building on the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Alamo Heights campus off IH-281 on the north side of San Antonio from Medistar Corp. Both properties are 100% leased with CHRISTUS.

MULTIFAMILY: Austin - An affiliate of Novare Group Investments LLC and Andrews Urban LLC are planning a 23-story, 320-unit apartment tower located at 47 Rainey Street in Austin. They plan to break ground this spring on the project, to be called SkyHouse Austin. The tower will also include retail space.
MULTIFAMILY: Live Oak - Crossbeam Capital LLC has broken ground on the 270-unit Villas at Mira Loma in Bexar County, scheduled to be finished by the end of the year. The Villas are being built on 12 acres on Gateway Blvd. near I-35 in Live Oak. The Villas will be managed by Concierge Management Services.
MULTIFAMILY: San Antonio - Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC has sold the 216-unit Timberock Apartments to Calton Investments Inc. The 29-year-old complex is at 7220 Marbach Road in San Antonio. Transwestern brokered the transaction.

OFFICE: Austin - The 156,293 SF Centennial Towers office building located at 505 E. Huntland Drive in North Austin has been acquired by Houston-based Braun Enterprises. Todd Mills, Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.

RETAIL: Round Rock - Title Boxing Club leased 5,735 SF at the Renaissance Center in Round Rock. Brett Gissler of Retail Solutions represented the tenant and John D. Thomas of Marquette Realty represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Lakeway - Ferguson's Plumbing leased 4,000 SF at Lohman's Crossing, located at 2300 Lohmans Spur in Lakeway. Trent Chastain with Reliance Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Austin - Medical Weight loss Solutions leased 4,000 SF at South Oaks, located at 2100 West William Cannon in Austin. Trent Chastain with Reliance Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Lakeway - Panahi Dental PLLC leased 2,655 SF at Oak Grove Plaza II, located at 1605 Ranch Road 620 North in Lakeway. Dave Burggraaf with Reliance Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Joe Connors with Centerpointe Real Estate Group represented the landlord.
