ANNOUNCEMENT: Southlake - Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has added a 27-year broker as a senior vice president and managing partner. Joining the company is Jennifer Gray, CCIM, who's operated her own firm since 2001. She will continue to focus on northeast Tarrant and Denton counties as she has done for the past 15 years, remaining at her longtime location in Southlake Town Square, 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., now Bradford's newest office.

COMMERCIAL: Euless - Life Connections Church purchased a 11,620 SF church located at 208 Nutmeg Lane in Euless from New Life Fellowship of Las Colinas, Inc. Gene J. Livens, Church Consultant with Service Realty, Inc., was involved in the transaction.  

INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - Texas Greenhouse Company renewed their 40,000 SF lease at 812 East Northside in Fort Worth. Jeff Givens and Amy Baker with Transwestern represented the landlord, Great Southwest Industrial, LP.

 

3273 Crabtree

 

INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - ETJ Timothy Enterprises, LLC purchased 15,996 SF of industrial space at 3273 Crabtree in Fort Worth from P.L.P. Service and Supply Inc. Todd Hawpe with Transwestern negotiated the transaction. 

2900 Deen Road

 

INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - GoFrac, LLC leased 14,371 SF of industrial space from Barney Holland Oil Company at 2900 Deen Road in Fort Worth. Todd Hawpe and Jeff Givens with Transwestern negotiated the transaction.

 

3900 Colleyville Boulevard

LAND: Colleyville - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of the Hard Corner Development Site, a 47,088 SF land property located at 3900 Colleyville Boulevard. Drew Kile and Blake Burnett of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a family trust. The buyer, a development company, was also secured by Kile and Burnett.




Precinct Line and LaVaca Trail

LAND: Colleyville - Realty Capital has sold 5.07 acres in their Meadows Creek development at Precinct Line and LaVaca Trail to US Memory Care, LLC. US Memory Care, LLC has plans to build a two-story, 58,000 SF facility with 75 beds. The facility is planned to open this Fall. Mark Boone, Director of Sales and Leasing for Realty Capital, represented the owner.

MIXED-USE: Fort Worth - Hillwood Communities and Realty Capital Management have entered into a joint venture to develop approx. 1,000 acres between Fort Worth and Denton in the NWC of IH-35W and FM 407. Known as Belmont, the project will be developed as a master-planned community with 130 acres for mixed-use projects and 2,500 residential homes.
Seniors Housing Portfolio

MULTIFAMILY: Dallas/Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has retained the listing for a seniors housing portfolio. Doug O'Toole and Rod Llanos of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller. The North Dallas facility consists of approx. 232,000 SF and was built in 2009 on 14.5 acres. The Fort Worth facility consists of approx. 197,000 SF and was built in 2007 on 7.4 acres.
OFFICE: Fort Worth - O'Neal Drilling, Inc. purchased 13,588 SF at 675 N. Henderson Street in Fort Worth from Trinity Property, LP. Jack Huff and Kyle Poulson with Transwestern represented the buyer, and Frank Taylor and David Walters with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller.
RETAIL: Southlake - All American Family Fitness leased 13,127 SF of space from Town Square Ventures, L.P. at Southlake Town Square I, 1430 E. Southlake Boulevard in Southlake. Philip Green of Dalstar Commercial Realty negotiated the lease with Rand Horowitz of UCR Urban and Jason Kasal of Inland Southwest Management LLC.

RETAIL: Fort Worth - Urban Outfitters, Inc. signed a lease for 10,255 SF of retail space at 2735-2737 West 7th Street in Fort Worth, on the corner of Foch and West 7th. Jennifer Purselley and Grant Huff of Transwestern represented the landlord, FW7 Property Holdings, Inc.

RETAIL: Dallas - Sears Appliance Showroom leased a 5,500 SF space in Timber Creek Crossing at Northwest Highway and Skillman in Dallas. Michael Stern and Josh Flores of EDGE Realty Partners represented the tenant, Sears Outlet, and Jeff Kittleson of CBRE represented the landlord.
