ANNOUNCEMENT: CBRE announced that Josh White, a commercial real estate professional in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, has joined CBRE's Dallas-Fort Worth operations. Mr. White will join CBRE as Executive Vice President, specializing in the representation of corporate office users. Mr. White joins CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle.

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Frank & Frank LLC has leased 75,229 SF of warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building II, 4009 Distribution Drive in Garland, from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Adam Curran of Mercer Co. represented the tenant.

 

9534 Industrial RdINDUSTRIAL: SkyWalker Property Partners LP has acquired a vacant six-building industrial complex in Denton County from Valliance Bank. The value-add investment play is a five-acre tract at 9534 Industrial Rd. in Justin, with 43,259 SF of industrial space developed. Renee Efimoff with SCM Real Estate Services represented its sister company, SkyWalker Property Partners, in negotiations with the bank's broker, Michelle Hudson of Hudson Peters Commercial.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Lee & Associates has completed a 37,824 SF industrial lease at 2205 Hutton Drive in Carrollton. Nathan Denton and Conrad Madsen completed the transaction with the tenant, Value Lighting.  

 

INDUSTRIAL: Lee & Associates has completed a 37,703 SF industrial lease at 2667 Northaven Road in Dallas. Nathan Denton represented the landlord, GTI Management Company. Tom Smolik with TIG Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Reclaimed Textiles Company.

 

2122 Country Club Drive 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Lee & Associates has completed a 14,994 SF industrial lease at 2122 Country Club Drive in Carrollton. Nathan Denton represented the landlord, Heitman, LLC. The tenant, Promotional Arts, was represented by Bob Gibbons with Reata Commercial.

 

 

 

 

1920 West Pioneer Parkway 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Power Motors and Silver Star Motors have leased 11,424 SF of industrial buildings on approximately one acre of land at 1920 West Pioneer Parkway in Arlington from the McCants Family. The property will be utilized for automotive sales. David Keal with Aubrey Keal Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the McCants Family in lease negotiations.

 

 

 

OFFICE: Brookfield Asset Management purchased 161 Corporate Center, a 104,804 SF, Class A property at the NWC of SH-161 and SH-114 in Irving from Wereldhave. Gary Carr, Russell Ingrum, Eric Mackey, and Robert Hill of CBRE represented the seller.

 

 

 

Coronado Shopping CenterRETAIL: Gordon Partners has acquired the 48,000 SF Coronado Shopping Center in Amarillo from Weingarten Realty. Gordon Partners plans to remodel the center in the second quarter of 2012 and pursue regional and national tenants while continuing to serve the Wolflin neighborhood with small-shop retail. Justin Kite with Coldwell Banker Commercial has been engaged to lease the center.

 

Cottonwood Creek

RETAIL: Sears Outlet leased a 35,398 SF space in Cottonwood Creek Village Shopping Center located at 109 N. Greenville Avenue in Allen. Michael Stern and Josh Flores of EDGE Realty Partners represented the tenant, Sears Outlet, and Jim Weir, Jack Weir and Kendall Isben of The Retail Connection represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: Sears Outlet leased a 30,577 SF space in Ridgmar Town Square located at 1260 Green Oaks Road in Fort Worth. Michael Stern and Josh Flores of EDGE Realty Partners represented the tenant, Sears Outlet, and Mason Bishop of Transwestern represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: SRS Real Estate Partners represented Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. in the leasing of a 28,827 SF space situated on West Loop 250 North in Midland that is owned by Annandale Real Estate. Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. Jay Annand and Rob Exline with Annandale Real Estate represented Annandale in the negotiations.

 

RETAIL: SRS Real Estate Partners represented Brakes Plus and the landlord in the leasing of a 5,300 SF space. The space is located on the SWC of El Dorado Parkway and Custer Road in Frisco. Frank N. Bullock and Lee Loftis of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Brakes Plus, in the transaction. Rick Ikeler and Jack Burgher, also of SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the landlord.
