Reserve in Alamo Heights 

 

MULTIFAMILY: Hendricks & Partners announced the sale of Reserve in Alamo Heights (200 units), located at 8446 Country Village Street in San Antonio. The property is located near the junction of Loop 410 and McAllister freeways. The seller was JPMCC 2006-LDP9 Alamo Heights, LLC of Miami Beach, FL. The buyer was an out-of-state investor. The transaction was negotiated by Mike Miller, Chris Ross, and Will Caruth of the San Antonio office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of the seller.

   

 

 

Remington Hills Apartments 

 

 

MULTIFAMILY: McCann Realty Partners LLC has acquired the 248-unit Remington Hills Apartments located at 10601 Manchaca Road in Austin. Sean Sorrell with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented the seller.

 

LAND: SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the sale of 0.941 acres from the former Corpus Christi Honda/Ford Pre-Owned Dealership located at 4520 Crosstown Expressway in Corpus Christi. Todd O. Hardin and Braxton Brockenbrough represented the seller, Port City Imports, Inc. Jason Alaniz of Joe Adame & Associates represented the buyer.

 

 

OFFICE: KW Commercial announced the sale of the 20,000 SF office condo space at the Downtown Austin Convention Center Hilton. The property, an office condominium, was the headquarters of Faulkner-USA, builder of the downtown Hilton, as well as the prestigious San Antonio Grand Hyatt. The buyer, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, was represented by Oxford Commercial and Live-Oak Gottesman.

 

Alamo Ranch  

 

RETAIL: Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust have partnered to purchase the 469,000 SF retail component of Alamo Ranch, located at Loop 1604, SH 151 and Culebra Road. The power center includes tenants such as Best Buy, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less.

 

 

 

RETAIL: Office Depot leased 19,952 SF at The Market at Round Rock, 110 I-35 in Round Rock. Bryan Dabbs of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: Camp Gladiator leased 19,396 SF at 9185 Research Blvd. in Austin. Matt Delahoussaye with Retail Solutions represented the landlord and Jay Legg of HPI represented the tenant.

 

RETAIL: Alori Properties purchased a 7,500 SF building from Walden Oaks at 14005 Research Blvd. in Austin. Tim Allen with Orsus Real Estate represented the buyer. Edvin Beasley and Stephen Maulden of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.

 

Colonial Plaza 

RETAIL: Don's & Ben's Liquors renewed its 6,981 SF lease at Colonial Plaza, 2504 Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio. Kay Lewis with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

 

6620 FM78 

 

RETAIL: Joe Linsalata with Linsalata Realty Services represented the buyer, Kim and Peter Tran, on the sale of a shopping center located at 6620 FM 78 in Northeast San Antonio. Dick McCaleb of RFM Commercial represented the seller. This 6,427 SF shopping center was constructed in 2007 and is 100% occupied by three tenants.

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Outlet Furniture leased 3,000 SF at Crosstowne Mercado, 4800 West Commerce Street in San Antonio. Don Prater with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Austin leased 2,347 SF at Horizon Center, 13497 Research Blvd. in Austin. Brett Gissler with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
