RETAIL: Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust have partnered to purchase the 469,000 SF retail component of Alamo Ranch, located at Loop 1604, SH 151 and Culebra Road. The power center includes tenants such as Best Buy, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less.
RETAIL: Office Depot leased 19,952 SF at The Market at Round Rock, 110 I-35 in Round Rock. Bryan Dabbs of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Camp Gladiator leased 19,396 SF at 9185 Research Blvd. in Austin. Matt Delahoussaye with Retail Solutions represented the landlord and Jay Legg of HPI represented the tenant.
RETAIL: Alori Properties purchased a 7,500 SF building from Walden Oaks at 14005 Research Blvd. in Austin. Tim Allen with Orsus Real Estate represented the buyer. Edvin Beasley and Stephen Maulden of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.
RETAIL: Don's & Ben's Liquors renewed its 6,981 SF lease at Colonial Plaza, 2504 Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio. Kay Lewis with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Joe Linsalata with Linsalata Realty Services represented the buyer, Kim and Peter Tran, on the sale of a shopping center located at 6620 FM 78 in Northeast San Antonio. Dick McCaleb of RFM Commercial represented the seller. This 6,427 SF shopping center was constructed in 2007 and is 100% occupied by three tenants.
