INDUSTRIAL: Eight Forty Great Southwest Parkway LLC has acquired a 65,000 SF warehouse at 840 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington from Warehouse Holdings LP. Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Scott Voelkel and Gordon Foster of Foster & Co. represented the seller.

 

INDUSTRIAL: E.A. Sween Co. has renewed 10,034 SF of industrial space at 827 Avenue H East in Arlington. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. The landlord, First Industrial Texas LP, was self-represented.

INDUSTRIAL: AssembleTronics, Inc. leased 17,694 SF of warehouse space for 5 years at 3016 Skyway Circle in Irving. John Brewer with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and Ryan Boozer with Mercer Company represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

INDUSTRIAL: Niles Building Products Co. has leased 12,400 SF of distribution space at 609 Avenue R in Grand Prairie from DCT Industrial Trust. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Shannon Bravomalo of Star Commercial Realty represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Cinsay, Inc. leased 7,789 SF of warehouse space for 5 years at 2155 Chenault Drive in Carrollton. Steve Bennett with ATH Properties represented the tenant and Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: OrderDog Inc. has renewed 4,485 SF of flex industrial space in Capital Tech Center Building I, 1611 N. Stemmons Freeway in Carrollton. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord and Jason Miller of Bradford represented the tenant.

LAND: Venture Commercial Real Estate announced that it represented Nebraska Furniture Mart in the purchase of four tracts of land in the Dallas-Fort Worth market totaling 433 acres. The site, located south of Hwy 121 and east of Plano Parkway in The Colony, will be the home of the Omaha-based company's fourth and largest retail store. Venture Commercial's Larry Leon, Jonathan Cooper, and Bob Moore consulted on site selection and provided comprehensive market analysis. The largest of the four land parcels is a 308-acre tract sold by the Maharishi Global Development Fund. David Davidson Jr., also with Venture, and David Davidson Sr. of Davidson Real Estate, assisted Leon, Cooper, and Moore in the assemblage of the surrounding land parcels to complete the 433-acre acquisition.

Britain Way 

MULTIFAMILY: Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Britain Way, a 168-unit multifamily property located at 1954 Shoaf Drive in Irving. Al Silva in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Texas partnership. The buyer, a local developer, was also secured and represented by Al Silva.

OFFICE: M-Files leased 4,287 SF of office space at 8111 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

 

7616 LBJ Freeway 

 

OFFICE: Alon USA, LP expanded 1,444 SF of office space for 6 months at 7616 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

RETAIL: SRS Real Estate Partners represented Baskins Work and Western Wear in the leasing of a 15,190 SF space in Wichita Falls. The new location in Sikes Senter Mall is anchored by Dillard's, Sears and JCPenny. Baskins Work and Western Wear is expected to open in the first quarter of 2012 and will sell work and western apparel, including boots, jewelry and accessories. Austin McWilliams, Tyler Isbell and Justin Schoellkopf of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the retailer in the lease transaction.

 

RETAIL: Luxury of Leather has renewed 7,190 SF of retail space at 13460 Inwood Road in Dallas from Liberty Bankers Life Insurance Co. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the direct deal on behalf of the landlord.
