We ask that you arrive thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled match time! Expect to receive court assignment 15 minutes prior to. Very Important our first matches of the day start on time! We are serious about our scheduling!

HEAT WAIVE RULE IN EFFECT FOR THIS WEEKEND
Please be aware of the extreme temperatures this weekend. At least a 2 hour rest period between matches is mandated when temps are above 90 degrees. Proper hydration/nutrition is critical!! Safety of our players is our #1 priority. We provide unlimited ice and Gatorade during the tournament. Also, we have setup a players tent along with fans...bring your own chairs.

CHALLENGES
Due to a 2 hour mandated rest period between matches and offering dubs as well, the scheduling was challenging to say the least. The entire tournament (draws/times) is now scheduled and posted. Under normal conditions, a 1 hour (player option) rest period vs. a 2 hour mandated rest period extends tournament play by 50%. Your support and cooperation will be very much appreciated!

MATCH FORMAT All singles matches are 2 sets with 10 point match tie-break in lieu of 3rd set. All Doubles matches are an 8 game pro set, single elimination.
ATTN: BG 10 will play on courts 7 & 8. These are our new blended lines courts. It is permissible for parents to help with the logistics of the match (scoring, correct service court, tie-breaks, etc.). Please do not make line calls or offer coaching!! These players are learning and playing to have fun! Encourage and reward their efforts on both sides of the net. Our officials will be roving and cannot remain on 2 courts for the duration of each match. Thanks for understanding..
