RECENT CHANGES AND DEVELOPMENTS |
Commencing July 2, 2007, USCIS has decided to no longer permit employers to premium process I-140 Immigrant Petitions for all employment-based categories. This is a temporary decision only.
Starting August 1, 2007, employers will once again be permitted to premium process their I-140 cases. This is due to the "pent up demand for preference visa categories for which visas will become available according to the Department of State July 2007 Visa Bulletin".
