ALWAYS ON FOR SAFETY

Cristian Leiva Cabezas is Always on for Safety

Cristian Leiva Cabezas is a maintenance technician in the Civil Works Team at Centrales Cordillera, Chile, part of the Andes Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Cristian knows that good things are always the result of someone's actions and he wanted to make good things happen. This is how he started internal campaigns focused on safety such as "Rake Operation Campaign" which was an effort against cigarette butts. Cigarette filters can take many years to degrade. Also, the toxic residue in cigarette filters is damaging to the environment.
