AES continues to work with local and international organizations to help the Philippines and its people recover from Typhoon Yolanda. AES people from around the globe have help raised nearly $50,000. The dedication and commitment that our people show to the communities we serve around the world, especially in times of need, is something that sets our people and our company apart. AES has a number of recovery projects underway in the Philippines.

Recognizing businesses that make safety their way of life

At AES, we put safety first for our people, our contractors and the communities we serve. Recently, some of our businesses achieved significant safety milestones, moving us closer to our goal of workplace free of incidents.

Angels' Tree makes "angels" smile in Bulgaria

People often say Christmas brings miracles and makes dreams come true. Every year on Christmas Eve people around the world, regardless of age, wish for a Merry Christmas and good things to come in the New Year. AES Galabovo does the same, not only for its business, but also for its staff and families, for its stakeholders and the community its people live in.

Killen & Stuart Station people bring holiday cheer to Southern Ohio

AES people working at the Stuart and Killen Stations are helping make the holidays special for families in southern Ohio through their Christmas Cheer program. Since the program started seven years ago, AES people from both power plants and the Dayton Service Building have provided Christmas presents and clothing to more than 450 children in Adams, Brown, Scioto and Mason Counties in Ohio.
