Greetings!
Don't forget the AES Culture Survey is underway. If you were one of the people randomly selected to participate, please respond to the survey by November 4. The survey takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete and is available online or by paper, depending on location. The survey is designed to benchmark our company on key corporate performance measures. People's responses will help point to concrete improvements we can make to the way AES works-for our markets, our customers, and our people.

Monthly CIO Cybersecurity Message
In this month's CIO Cybersecurity message, Elizabeth shares tips for protecting yourself from hackers while using social media sites. Many social media sites have powerful search engines that enable hackers to search for certain groups of people, from a given area, who are interested in or affiliated with a specific business, organization, topic, or hobby. The more information an attacker is able to gather about you online, the higher the probability of crafting a spear-phishing message (targeted at AES) that will result in you clicking on a malicious link contained in the email.
