The sermon is based on
I Peter 1:1-9.
The service will be held in the Sanctuary at 10:00 am.
Sunday School
An intergenerational Sunday class will meet in the Fellowship Hall from 9:15 to 9:45 am. The class will be led by Debra Catto and will study the text for Sunday's sermon; I Peter 1: 1-9

Consignment Sale 2013
August 2nd & 3rd
It is that time again to Volunteer and Consign!! This year we have a few changes. You can easily sign-up for Volunteer Times on our Sign-Up Genius link, we will be able to accept Credit Cards during the Sale, and if you Consign, Volunteer, & Get a friend to do the same you will be entered into a Door Prize Drawing.
This is our 4th Annual Sale, if we cannot get at least 50 active consignors this may be our last!
Please register even if you have Consigned with us in the past in order to guarantee a Number.
As always we have computerized tags you can use. You can donate all items not sold to Goodwill; there will be a truck on site. You are able to donate your proceeds to JPC Women or any designated Ministry Team as well. Consignor gets 70%, Victory Junction Gang Camp gets 5%, & JPC Women or Ministry Teams that are active during the Sale get 25%.

Show Your Faith, Brick By Brick
You can support JPC Ministries by purchasing an engraved brick to honor someone or preserve the memory of a loved one. Order forms are available around the church. Orders are due by July 31st.
Girls Night Out
Girls Night Out welcomes all women to its July event: a day of white water rafting, canoeing, and/or zip lining at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte. Plan to join us for a full day of fellowship and INCREDIBLE fun as we head down together on July 21st, meeting at the church at 7:00am for a mini Sunrise service and then heading off to Charlotte together. Back by 5pm. Cost ranges from $44-$54, depending on the activities you choose. Please RSVP to Angelin by July 19th: aham@walman.com so we have enough vehicles. Hope to see you there!!!
