Join us on this Sunday at 12 noon following the 11:00 a.m. worship service for a covered dish luncheon to welcome Pastor Jay Smith and his family to Jamestown Presbyterian Church hosted by the Pastor Nominating Committee and Congregational Life Ministry. Drinks and dessert will be provided. Please bring food to share with others. Those attending the 9:00 a.m. worship service and Sunday school are encouraged to help set up tables in the CLC.
JPC Pantry Need
Our pantry is bare and we need your immediate help to fill it. We will be collecting food for Easter shortly, but in the meantime we have had requests to help feed some families. Please help if you can by bringing in canned vegetables, canned fruits, soup, peanut butter, mac and cheese, jelly, cereal, or any other non-perishable food items. The Outreach Committee thanks you for your generosity.
Annual Pine Needle Sale
We are taking orders now for the annual pine needle sale by the Men of JPC. You can place your order by contacting Frank Morris (491-1208 or flm240@earthlink.net), Fred Hannah (669-5696 or fha8337671@aol.com), or the church office (454-3718). Please provide your name, address, telephone number, and if you would like your bales spread. Cost is $5.00 per bale delivered plus $1.00 for each bale spread. Date is Saturday, February 23rd (inclement weather date is March 2nd).
