Adapting to the Market Downturn: ReCommunity's Contract Fairness InitiativeSean Duffy, President and COO Wednesday, April 20th at the NAPCOR member meeting in Chicago, IL We will be pleased to welcome Sean Duffy, President and Chief Operating Officer at ReCommunity, as one of our guest presenters at the upcoming NAPCOR meeting. As a recycling industry veteran with decades of experience in MRF operations, Sean Duffy is not new to market downturns. He will give us valuable insight into how the recycling industry is adapting to the current market conditions, and how they differ from other slumps. With 32 facilities in 14 states, ReCommunity is one of the largest MRF operators in the US. The company is the largest "pure-play" recycler in the market, meaning they have no assets in collection or disposal. Sean is one of the original founders of the company, previously known as FCR. As President and COO, Sean is responsible for facility design, construction and start up. He is also responsible for all new business and research as well as development of new markets. Sean has been involved in the design, construction and operation of every ReCommunity facility. He continually works with equipment vendors and end users to review system designs for increased recovery and automation.
We look forward to welcoming Sean and to a lively discussion of recycling markets and infrastructure.
