We had a very productive and informative annual NAPCOR meeting in November. Thank you to all members who were able to attend! New Member: PetStar
We are pleased to announce that PetStar of Col. Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico will join NAPCOR as of January 1, 2016. PetStar will be NAPCOR's first member from Mexico and we look forward to welcoming Jaime Camara and colleagues to the NAPCOR table.
2014 ABA Rate Report
The PET Beverage Bottle Recycling in 2014 Report was released in late November. For the last 10 years, NAPCOR has produced this report on behalf of the American Beverage Association (ABA); it specifically addresses recycling rates for beverage containers. The report is produced using data from the PET container recycling rate report and from the annual bale composition study. It is not a publicly released report and the report and its data are considered proprietary to NAPCOR and ABA members. NAPCOR issues a similar report for the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) and the 2014 water bottle report will be released in early 2016.
