Easy Ways to Support HCA
|
|
There are a number of ways an everyday purchase can be turned into fund-raising dollars for Holy Child Academy.
AmazonSmile
HCA participates in Amazon Smile. The school receives .5% of all eligible purchases from shoppers who have registered HCA as their preferred charity. Shoppers can bookmark AmazonSimle.com to make it even easier to use. All eligible items will be marked "eligible for AmazonSmile."
Box Tops for Education
Be sure to send in your Box Tops! Each box top is worth 10 cents! For your convenience, Box Tops collection boxes are located in the main lobby and main office. Here is a complete list of eligible box tops. Thank you to current parent Marie Salvato for all of her help with this fund-raiser!
Giant's A+ Rewards Program
HCA earns cash through Giant's A+ Rewards program. Just login and designate Holy Child Academy (ID Number 3703) as the beneficiary. After the card is registered, every purchase using the registered Bonus Card earns money for HCA! Please contact the Development Office with any questions at 610-259-2712 or [email protected].
TARGET REDcard - Take Charge of Education Program
HCA participates in Target's "Take Charge of Education Program." Target will donate 1% of all purchases using the Target REDcard to an eligible school like HCA. Enrolling a REDcard is easy: It may be done either in person at your local Target, online, or by calling 1-800-316-6142.
EITC and OSTC
Finally, do not forget about the Educational Tax Credit (EITC) or Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Businesses can send their Pennsylvania taxes to HolyChildAcademy. For more information, please contact Rebecca Antczak at 610-259-2712 or [email protected].

HCA eighth graders helped make cupcakes for a fundraiser for the Casa Cornelia Law Center in San Diego, California, which provides pro bono legal services to victims of human and civil rights violations. The center is sponsored by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus.
Second and third graders learned about fire safety with Alexis McGarvey, stepmother of HCA third grader Kirsten Blake. Alexis works for Tyco Fire Protection Products and shared fire safety tips with the students.
