Testing is a low-cost method of improving selection, accuracy, and standardization of part of your hiring/promotion process. Check out our low cost, rapid results, and on-ground/on-line options for testing.

WorkSkills: Steps to Your Success
FREE soft skills workshops with lunch included for the following groups in Union, Webster and Henderson Counties: small business owners and their employees, unemployed and under-employed adults, economically underprivileged adults, and minorities and women who are underrepresented in the workforce.
Sessions are two hours each. Topics include:
- What it Takes to Succeed: the Basic Principles
- Getting the Information You Need
- Speaking with Confidence
- Positive Responses to Change
- Defusing Emotionally Charged Situations
- Helping Your Team Work
- Managing Life Outside Work: Handling Emergencies And Resisting Temptations

Drinking Water Treatment and Distribution Training
Gain 12 CE training hours in this class that fulfills the state requirement. Lunch is provided. Instructor Gary Russ offers the class on Tuesday, 3/15/16, and Wednesday, 3/16/16, 8 am - 4 pm each day at the Sullivan Technology Center, STC, Room 306. Fee $175. Register online. Commercial Driver's License Classes CDL classes are offered through Henderson Community College and Lake Cumberland CDL School. Classes take place in Sebree, Kentucky, at the Carhartt Building, 160 Carhartt Road, near the intersection of I69 and Highway 56.Interested in the training? Call 877-308-9638 for information. Classes can begin as quickly as every two weeks, depending on demand.
Classes offer 160 hours of instruction, Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm, for $4,000 per student. Financial assistance may be available for individuals through the Green River Area Development District (GRADD) 270-831-9662 or through the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (Voc Rehab) 270-831-9667.
