The Tibetan word for compassion, 'Tse-wa', refers to an attitude or state of mind that includes not only a wish for the welfare of others, a wish for others to be free of their suffering, but also a wish for good things for oneself.

It is absolutely amazing and liberating to see and hear how a simple detoxification path can enlighten the sickest body and soul bringing the dying and the hopeless to the light and joy of living. That is why I strongly believe DETOXIFICATION AT ALL 4 levels as a way of life.
1. Detoxify the cells everyday (our liver is not dirty, our trillions of cells in your body are- Dr. Bernhoft MD) and balance your immune system while detoxification itself can tip the balance of our sensitive immune response.
In general I believe everyone should adopt a daily cellular cleansing supplement routine (1) containing key nutrients to support the body's natural detoxification process (2)while eating a predominantly organic, vegetarian diet (9-13 servings of organic fruits and vegetables a day) and (3) consuming at least half of your body weight number oz of clean filtered water. Among all the important enzymatic process of detoxification, Glucuronidation is the body's primary defense against cancer-causing agents. A nutrient "D-Glucarate" helps remove toxins and carcinogens from the body by supporting this very powerful and key step in cellular detox.
2. Support the liver and be aware of the genetic individualism which can determine why 6% people (with single nucleotide polymorphism) are associated with having trouble dealing with detoxification and often face a much higher risk of having chronic diseases at a much younger age and in a much more harmful fashion. The good news is that DNA can be activated in a positive or negative fashion based upon the quality of the environment in which it is placed. Now that is very empowering to know: "Genes raise the guns, environmental factors pull the triggers" and knowing we all have a choice to design and live the life we want in brilliant health and longevity.
