* New Public-Access Resources! askON has completely overhauled the Resources tab and our Delicious page.  Now we have more resources than ever to assist Ontarians not associated with one of our partner institutions.

* Coming Soon: Training Program Upgrade! We've been diligently working lately on updating our training materials. Look forward to new and improved tutorials and videos! Content will be available in Adobe and YouTube formats. 
 
* 2012 Evaluation Study  Almost Complete! Copies will be disseminated upon final publication.

 
askON TEXT Pilot Project

The askON TEXT Pilot Project is an askON initiative to offer an additional channel of channel of reference service via SMS or TEXT alongside the askON chat service. There are 6 colleges and 8 public libraries participating in the pilot service which will run from September to December 2013. askON TEXT training has already begun and will be offered to pilot participants during the Summer.
