UG Early Registration | |
|
Undergraduate Early Registration Begins April 22nd
Early registration for UST and ACTC students begins April 22nd and ends May 3rd. Please refer to the following registration dates:
- April 22-23 Seniors
- April 24-25 Juniors
- April 26-29 Sophomores
- April 30-May 1 Freshman
- May 2-3 Any degree-seeking student

New Blended Schedule Types Effective 201330 | |
|
New schedule types are available for blended courses.
A blended course includes face-to-face instruction along with a distance component. If you have courses that are blended, we need you to update the schedule type in Banner for sections beginning with 201330.

Please note the remaining 2012-2013 GCC meeting schedule:
- April 30 In-person meeting
- May 14 In-person meeting
- May 21 In-person, end of year wrap-up meeting, only if needed

Summer Part of Term | |
|
Please remember that we do not use part of term 1 during summer sessions.
The Course Schedule Audits on SharePoint now identify summer sections with part of term 1 to assist departments with section clean-up.
- 5 = Summer Session I
- 6 = Summer Session II
- 7 = Extended Summer Session
- 8 = Double Summer Session

IDEA Faculty Evaluation Reminder | |
|
All faculty: Please take a few minutes to complete an IDEA FIF for those sections you will be administering the IDEA Student Evaluations. The FIF's need to be done by May 17.
In order to be included in the end-of-term processing, all completed packets must be returned to AQU 319 no later than end of day Monday, May 20.
All packets to be processed must have a completed FIF (either completed with the form and pencil or completed electronically). If you have any questions, please contact Julie Seykora (jmseykora@stthomas.edu) or by phone 2-6638.

Final grades for 2013 Spring Semester are due May 31st and must be entered in Murphy Online.
