The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is excited to announce some changes to the Academic Departments Reporting SharePoint site. First, the reports that were previously available under the 'Academic_Department_Reporting' navigation menu in SharePoint have been relocated. The reports are now located at: https://sharepoint.stthomas.edu/ir/adr/default.aspx
The new structure of the site should assist with navigation, usability, and filtering results by department.

This site is specifically set up for Academic Affairs staff, Institutional Effectiveness staff, Academic Deans and Academic department staff (chairs and coordinators). Faculty load entry for J-Term (201310) and Spring term (201320) needs to be completed in Banner no later than February 15th (the 10th or census day). Please click here to review documentation on faculty load procedures and the faculty load report.
