NEW Online Undergraduate Catalog Tool | |
|
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness in collaboration with Web and Media services has been working on the creation of a new online undergraduate catalog tool.
At this time, OIE is asking for your feedback before this new tool goes live online. Please click here to access the pre-production site.
NOTE: You will need to use your UST username and password to access the site and if you are accessing the site off-campus be sure to enter the @stthomas.edu after your username.
When you have finished reviewing the site please email insteffect@stthomas.edu with any feedback you are willing to provide (including: functionality, organization, ease of use). Your feedback will help us ensure the tool we are providing is valuable for those who use it most often. Please provide all feedback by Monday, November 5.
Lastly, a search functionality will be available once the site is live, which will search only the content of the catalog site. This functionality is only available when the site goes live.

Members of the University of St. Thomas community are invited to participate in Facilitator Workgroups or complete an online Campus Climate Survey feedback form in preparation for the upcoming Campus Climate Survey. Please click here to view all of the details.

Banner Section Roll - Final Reminder | |
|
The section roll will occur this Wednesday, October 31st. Please ensure you have cleaned up all section information for Fall 201240, J-term 201310, Spring 201320 and Summer 201330. Click here to access the Section & Prerequisite Data Integrity Reports. Items to check include:
- Prerequisites and test scores
- Attributes
- Restrictions (class, college, major, level, campus)
- Co-requisites
- CAPP area prerequisites
- Program descriptions

Part of Term - Final Reminder | |
|
If you want to use your current part of term number for your rolled sections (such as part of term 4) for future terms (201340 ,201410, 201420, 201430) you need to submit your request immediately. The original deadline date of OCTOBER 12 has passed.
OIE has not received all of the part of term requests that it has previously and are unable to complete the Banner section roll until we have all of these requests. Please click here to access information on requesting parts of term. |
